Comparing the Rambler 4x4s
The Sienna

The Sienna is the largest 4×4 unit at Rambler. With the open and bright kitchen and living area, you have the ultimate space for lounging or entertaining. The 7th floor Sienna unit features a massive, private terrace.
The symmetrical layout of The Sienna has two bedrooms on either side of the common area. The Sienna has the largest bedroom size out of our 4×4 floor plans, allowing you to maximize comfort and storage in your space.
Bedrooms B and C come with two windows and wooden shades, allowing you to let in as much natural light as you want. Bedrooms A and D have added lighting in the room to brighten up the space. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
The Rattler

Located on Floors: 2-8

The Rattler’s spacious living area and massive island are a great spot to spend quality time with your three roommates.
Coming into the unit, you’ll enter into the wide and open common area, with two bedrooms on either side.
With the option of a bedroom window or a walk-in closet, this floor plan has everything you need to enjoy the Rambler lifestyle. Bedrooms A and B come with a window and wooden shades, allowing you to let in as much natural light as you want. Bedrooms A and D have added lighting in the room to brighten up the space, as well as walk-in closets to maximize your wardrobe space. The Foxtail

The Foxtail’s intentional design and centralized living space is perfect for everything from studying to socializing. With an open living and kitchen area, but the bedrooms separated by the hallway, you can do anything from socializing and studying all from your unit. This unit is also ADA compliant.
The front door enters into your kitchen and cozy living space, with two bedrooms on either side, tucked away for adequate privacy.
Each bedroom comes with a window and wooden shades, allowing you to let in as much natural light as you want. Bedrooms A and D have an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combo and are larger than the other bedrooms. Bedrooms B and C have a private bathroom across the hall.
Similarities and Differences
The Sienna is the largest 4×4 unit, followed by The Rattler, then The Foxtail.
Each unit is fairly symmetrical, with an open concept living space when you enter the unit and two of the four bedrooms on either side of the space. The Sienna and The Rattler’s bedrooms are more accessible directly from the living space, whereas The Foxtail’s bedrooms are accessible through a hallway, minimizing noise and maximizing privacy.
The Foxtail and The Rattler have windows that face the inside courtyard. The Sienna faces east so you can enjoy the sunrise.
Every bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower-tub combo. In The Sienna, each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The Rattler and The Foxtail have some bedrooms with a private bath just across the hall.
