Rambler
Rambler has floor plan options ranging from studios all the way to 6×6 penthouses. You can find current availability and pricing on our floor plan page.
Every unit comes fully furnished with stainless steel GE appliances, full-sized washer dryer, smart TV, high-speed internet and cable, as well as an electronic fob lock and deadbolt on the front door. The kitchen features warm, gray cabinets with black hardware and beautiful multi-quartz countertops. Plus, all of the 5×5 and 6×6 units feature a mini-fridge for extra storage space in the kitchen.

Yugo Waterloo
Yugo Waterloo offers floor plans from studio to 6×6. At the time of publication on December 2023, rates for 2024 – 2025 at Yugo Waterloo range from the $1,000s to over $1,900 per person, per month, depending on unit type.
