Location
Located at the intersection of Rio Grande and W 24th St, Yugo Austin Rio is a few minute walk from UT Campus.
Centrally located within West Campus, Yugo Austin Rio is only a few blocks from sororities such as Delta Gamma and Kappa Delta, and it’s directly across the street from Cain and Abel’s Bar. The complex is also walking distance from many neighboring apartments such as Waterloo and the Standard.

Nicknamed Ruckus 2.0, this apartment opened two years after its older sister, the original Ruckus on Nueces (now Yugo Austin Nueces).
Yugo Austin Rio is home to a Lucky Lab coffee location in the first-floor lobby. In addition to the lobby’s coffee shop presence, the building also has a 24/7 study lounge. There is a Sky Gym and Sky Terrace on the seventh floor, as well as a package concierge and controlled access for added security.

All units in Yugo Austin Rio come fully furnished with a 65-inch Smart TV in the living room. The rooms also include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a washer and dryer.
Parking
If you’re planning on bringing a car, Ruckus 2.0 has two levels of underground parking for its residents available on a first-come, first-served basis at an additional monthly cost. It also offers secure bicycle and scooter parking options.

The 2×1, 4×2, 4×3, 5×4, and 6×4 floor plans all have a loft-style layout, meaning one of the bedrooms is placed upstairs. This bedroom shares a bathroom with one of the rooms downstairs.
Apartments in Yugo Austin Rio come fully furnished, and the 2×1, 4×2, 4×3, and one of the 5×4 floor plans have a balcony.
