Location
Waterloo is located on the corner of Seton Avenue and W 24th Street, about a five minute walk to UT Austin’s campus.
Yugo Waterloo is in the West Campus neighborhood, walking distance from popular spots including Starbucks, Raku and Pluckers. It is directly across the street from the student-loved neighborhood bar, Cain & Abel’s, and is close to other West Campus apartments such as The Standard, Ruckus, and Moontower.
Amenities
Yugo Waterloo has a fitness center with yoga and spin areas. The mezzanine level has a private lounge, multiple study rooms, and a coffee bar available to residents and their guests.
Yugo Waterloo also features a rooftop pool deck where you’ll find a bar, private cabana style seating, a hot tub, and a waterfall edge pool.

All rooms come fully furnished with walk-in closets, hardwood-style floors and stainless steel appliances. Each installment includes a wall-mounted Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a full-size washer and dryer.
Parking
Yugo Waterloo offers on-site garage parking in their secured garage. These spots are available for an additional monthly fee on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Floorplans & Pricing
Yugo Waterloo has studio, 2×2, 3×3, 4×4, 5×5, and 6×6 floor plan options. The Penthouse unit, located on floor 30, is a 5×5 floorplan with custom furnishings.
Units on floors 26 through 29 have the Elevated package included in their quoted rate. The package includes an Amazon Echo, an Alexa-enabled smart TV, smart light bulbs in common areas, and bluetooth shower heads.
At the time of publication on December 2023, rates for 2024 – 2025 at Yugo Waterloo range from the $1,000s to over $1,900 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. You can find current availability and pricing on Yugo Waterloo’s floor plans page.
Yugo Waterloo offers a limited number of SMART housing units for those who qualify. At the time of publication, these spots are reserved to those in their 1×1 Moxy floorplan.
